Champs, in order to provide an enjoyable and safe experience, there are a few but important rules that all must follow while on board Buffalo Bayou Fishing Champs' 16 ft boat.

If these rules are broken by you, or members of your party, I will be fair and ask you stop whatever it is you're doing that goes against the boat rules. If you, or members of your party, continue to break the boat rules I will end the trip at that point. Your payment will not be refunded.

The boat rules are, but are not limited to

If you're going to wear sunscreen / bug spray, please put it on before getting in the boat. Please do not spray sunscreen or bug spray in/on the boat. Let me know if you would like to reapply, I'll stop the boat where you can get off to apply.
No littering
No illegal drugs
A valid Texas Fishing License is needed for everyone on the boat 17 years old and up
No harassing by-standers on bridges, trails, sidewalks, other boats, etc.
No responding to harassment from by-standers / other boaters
Children under 13 years of age must wear a life jacket while the vessel is underway
No dangerous behavior on board that puts anyone at risk
