Terms and Conditions
Champs, in order to provide an enjoyable and safe experience, there are a few but important rules that all must follow while on board Buffalo Bayou Fishing Champs' 16 ft boat.
If these rules are broken by you, or members of your party, I will be fair and ask you stop whatever it is you're doing that goes against the boat rules. If you, or members of your party, continue to break the boat rules I will end the trip at that point. Your payment will not be refunded.
The boat rules are, but are not limited to
- No littering
- No illegal drugs
- A valid Texas Fishing License is needed for those who will be fishing
- Secure footwear must be worn at all times - No slides - No flip flops
- No harassing by-standers on bridges, trails, sidewalks, etc.
- No responding to harassment from by-standers
- Children under 13 years of age must wear a life jacket while the vessel is underway
- No dangerous behavior on board that puts anyone at risk
If you have any questions about the boat rules, please let me know! We'll come to an agreement.
